All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our factory. We ship via Fedex or Motor Cargo. On smaller orders we can usually ship Fedex Saver for less than UPS Ground and we pass that savings along to you. We will gladly give you a freight quote on any order. All shipping must be prepaid or be shipped freight collect.

We can accept orders over the phone, email, or fax. An order acknowledgment and paper proof of your artwork will be sent to you with all details of your order which you will need to sign and fax back before production will begin. Understand that our turnaround time is dependent on when the paper proofs are approved by you.

Production Time: Approx. 10-15 days from approval of proofs. If you need an exact in-hands date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Payment Terms: Because of our very small margins we require that all custom countermat orders are prepaid. We gladly accept your company check or credit card as payment.
